The Board administers Texas’ soil and water conservation law and coordinates conservation and pollution abatement programs throughout the state.</p> <p><strong>Lindsey Bowers</strong> of Inez is a grain merchandiser with United Ag and farms with her family. She is a secretary and treasurer with the South Texas Country Elevator Association and a member of the South Texas Cotton and Grain Association, Texas Corn Producers, and Texas Sorghum. She is on the poultry committee with the Victoria Livestock Show and the sponsorship committee with the El Campo FFA Booster Club, as well as co-chairs St. Philip Pioneer Booster Club. Bowers received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Texas A&M University.</p>
